I don’t have a problem with this vehicle ever since I purchased some Philip Chevrolet ISince I purchased a vehicle from Philip Chevrolet, I have been very disappointed with the recurring issues. Despite being a new purchase, it has had more problems than my previous vehicle, and no one has been able to resolve them. As a result, I am now left with a vehicle that does not meet my expectations.

I had an appointment for oil change. Shop was a bit busy. After almost 2 hrs waiting I located my rep. He called mechanic over who mumbled a response. Rep then said he will not make me wait for paperwork. He said it was probably due to car wash. My car was in the lot just sitting there for who know how long. It was not washed. I did not get a reason for the mix up or an apology. Few days later I email Phillips with these same details and never got a response.

Typical oil change and tire rotation was good, took a little longer than I thought it should. Appt was 8am, check-in was 7:50. Was not out of their until after 9:15am. The screen in the waiting room for the car status was not on.
